CarCapsule [Europe], its parent or subsidiary companies, or any retailer, cannot be held responsible for slight inaccuracies, errors or omissions. CarCapsule [Europe] does not warrant that the functions contained in this website will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that this site, or the server that makes it available, are free of viruses or other harmful components.

Privacy policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. When you make an enquiry or purchase any product from us, we collect your name, address, email address, and telephone number(s). We will never share or sell this personal information with any third parties. If you have opted to receive our newsletter, which may include product updates, recalls, news of competitions, new products etc, you will not be bombarded with newsletters on a regular basis. You can opt-out at any time by simply emailing our Customer Service dept with the single word 'unsubscribe' in the subject field. If you would like to opt-in, simply email with the word 'subscribe' in the subject field.

Out of stock items

Any products out of stock will be clearly shown by means of 'out of stock' notification on order page. If any product in stock at time of ordering, should become out of stock during the time it takes to process your order, it will be drop-shipped from our parent company [CarCapsule USA] at no additional cost. Every effort will be made to ensure you do not incur any additional charges or import taxes.

Delivery methods and timing

Any order placed with us will be processed within 48 hrs [usually sooner]. However this does not include weekends, bank holidays or other recognized state holidays. All orders will be dispatched to billing address if 'Shipping Address' field is left blank. Please remember we cannot ship to P.O. boxes, as no signature can be obtained on delivery. We constantly strive to offer you the cheapest delivery method and any shipping costs are actual shipping cost. Delivery times and costs depend on location and weight/size of product purchased. All products are shipped by reputable couriers such as DHL, UPS, as well as other smaller, yet reputable companies.

Refund and return policy

We at CarCapsule want you, our customers to be happy with your purchase. If you receive an incorrect or defective item you may return it within 30 days of delivery. We will replace it with the correct item or a replacement item at no cost to you. We will also reimburse you for the return postage. However if the return is a result of your error [for example you accidentally ordered the wrong size] we can only accept a return if the item packaging has not been opened or tampered with. [Please check item specification details & dimensions printed on the outside of the box before opening] In this case you must pay the return postage, any difference in product cost, and re-postage cost.

Warranty claims

All CarCapsule's, both indoor & outdoor [Including power adaptors & fan assembly] are guaranteed against all defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 12 months from date of sale. Repair or replacement will be made upon receipt of product by CarCapsule [Europe]. However freight must be prepaid.
